Tokyo Airport and City Transfer Guide
Tokyo has two major airports, Narita and Haneda. Haneda is much closer to the city, Narita further out but well connected.
Many international flights use Narita, but Haneda's international services have grown. Check which airport is on your ticket, the difference in transfer time is significant.
From Narita
The Narita Express and Keisei Skyliner trains link the airport to central Tokyo stations. Limousine buses travel to many hotels and stations. Taxis are expensive due to distance.
From Haneda
Haneda connects via monorail and the Keikyu line. Buses and taxis are also convenient given the shorter distance.

Practical tips
Tokyo stations can be large and complex. Note the exit number for your destination. Signs are generally in English as well as Japanese.
